The location was excellent and super, around a 10-15 minutes' walk from Lapidaire Museum. It was near the old town and the center of the town. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was airy and spotless. - It was nice to find an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware. Revised: The Couvent Des Carmes in Narbonne is in a fantastic location, just a short, pleasant 10-15 minute walk from the Lapidaire Museum. Additionally, it's conveniently close to both the old town and the heart of the city. the room was bright, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was a nice touch to have an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware available.

The hotel was nice, and we got a brand-new and well furnished room. The location was magnificent, in the middle of jackson, the venue overlooked courtyard. Moreover, it's not far from the center of Narbonne, Narbonne, and the centre of the town.

I keep coming back for the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. They even helped me with a bug bite during my first stay! This place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, TV, lift, and it's adults only. Perfect for my holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-covered glass floor in our room and a spacious spa bath. We were pleasantly surprised to find tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The private secure parking on-site was a huge plus, especially in a city where parking can be difficult. Additionally, the hotel's location just outside the old town was perfect for exploring the city.

    Nothing for me.

I got a complimentary upgrade to a family room, which was a nice gesture. I greatly enjoyed the central heating, multi-channel television, and refrigerator in the room. - the hotel is centrally located, close to the center of Narbonne and the town center. - It is within walking distance of Yaka manger, where I dined once or twice.

The host was absolutely amazing, with fantastic communication and a fascinating overview of the building's history. The lift was a game-changer, saving us from lugging our suitcases up the stairs. The fridge and tea and coffee amenities were wonderful, and the water pressure in the shower and bath was top-notch. The location was excellent, with private secure parking in the building. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The tasteful and professional renovation of the historic building was mind-blowing, and we can't wait to see the complete work in the future. The owner was polite, professional, and passionate about restoring this gem. Highly recommended for a jaw-dropping experience with stunning views from the convent tower.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially considering the spacious and comfortable room with unique features like a glass-covered well. The location was perfect, centrally situated with private parking, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, perhaps by offering a wider selection of options.

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was spot-on, with easy access to key attractions and amenities nearby. the private parking facility offered peace of mind and eliminated the hassle of finding parking in the area.

Although the room was well-equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, it would have been nice to have a little milk provided. the main light in the room was quite peculiar, talking and changing color when switched on, which could be off-putting for some guests.
